Full Groom
- Health Check your dog to check to make sure there are no areas to be concerned with and to ensure it is safe for the dog to continue with the appointment.
- Groom out the coat to remove any knots, tangles, dead coat or shedding hair.
- Removal of the excess hair on the foot pads.
- Trim claws including dew claws.
- Clean eyes and eyes and remove any excess hair from the inside of the ears.
- Clean and trim hygiene area.
- Hydrotherapy spa bath using high quality shampoo suited to coat type.
- Fully dry their coat.
- Style the dog to your preference or breed standard. Techniques used include scissoring, clipping and hand stripping.
Hydrotherapy Bath
- Hydrotherapy spa bath and massage using high quality shampoos specific to coat type.
- Gentle towel dry followed by fluff drying by hand.
- Brush out removing knots, tangles, and shedding coat.
- Trim claws including dew claws.
- Eyes and ears cleaned.
Dry Groom

- Regular trimming of a dogs claws prevents them becoming overgrown and misshapen, if this occurs it can cause pain and discomfort for your dog. Long claws can also cause damage to your household furniture and flooring.
Eyes and Ears cleaned:
- A dogs ears need to remain clear of excess hair and wax to prevent infections. Eyes need to cleaned regularly to prevent a build up of debris and overgrown hair which can cause their eyes to stream.
